Shadow Pies started in 2020 as a way to fund my cat Shadow’s extensive treatment for FIP. After his diagnoses around Thanksgiving, I decided to start selling pies to pay the vet bills. Flash forward to 2023 ~> Shadow is healthier than ever, and I still bake pies nearly every day. My recipes are based loosely off my grandma’s pie recipes I grew up helping her bake, with a modern twist and all vegan ingredients.
